职位描述/要求：Role description:
1.Serve as a key member of the business development team, focused on sales and target achievement of LabWorld solutions.
2.Plan and execute the sales strategy of multiple solutions using direct channels and a distributor network.
3.Develop long-term strategic partnerships in support of our key markets, including setting up an international distribution network.
4.Work closely with our customers to ensure they are satisfied using our products, and that they have the technical resources required.
5.Prepare and present business reviews to the shareholders and management team regarding progress and roadblocks to closing new customers.

Profile description:
1.5+ years of sales and strategic partnership experience within the analytical industry.
2.Experience with software licensing and recurring revenue models.
3.Strong verbal and written Mandarin and English communications skills are a must, as well as leadership skills.
4.The right person will drive the go to market strategy for LabWorld. This person will be tech-nical and analytical, and possess significant business development, enterprise sales, or pro-gram/product management experience.
5.Technical and/or business master’s degree required.
