职位名称：订单管理专员
职位描述/要求：Key Responsibilities
1、 Responsible for reviewing and processing sales orders.
2、 Ensure the requirement of order needs through regular and effective communication with customers.
3、 Cooperate effectively with internal and external parties to ensure the whole process of sales to be smoothly completed.
4、 ssue PO to related internal factories and external suppliers through the system and negotiate best delivery date with suppliers to ensure OTD and the swift service for the special orders.
5、 Reporting & analysis.
Person Specification
1、 Bachelor degree or above, major in logistics or international trade will be preferred.
2、 Experience in international trading and order management will be preferred.
3、 Familiar with ERP system.
4、 Familiar with MS-Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
5、 Good sense of data analysis.
6、 Customer oriented and good time management.
7、 Ability to deliver clear presentation and speak to internal & external groups.
8、Team player.
