职位描述/要求：
Key Responsibilities
? Support existing customers with advanced software support and applications expertise.
? After-sales installation, training, debug, and application support for customers in China.
? Build deeper engagement with existing customer base through advanced training offers and workshops
? Support the development of new business with pre-sales applications and sales support.
? Based on local market needs, develop new solution concepts for customer applications and participate in new feature prioritization.
? Promote and maintain data analysis services on Amazon Web Services (AWS).
? Identify and engage with key opinion leaders and both current and potential new accounts to define current and future customer requirements. Maintain good customer relationships, providing regular contact and developing self as technical “go to person” within the industry. Project a professional and competent image of Andor and its products at all times.
? Support marketing events in China, e.g., Exhibition, Academic conference, Workshop, Webinar, Wechat promotion and other online campaign.
? Support development of marketing material; contributing to applications notes, case study, videos, and brochure localization, etc. Promoting via official WeChat and 3rd parties.
? User training, application introduction and new feature training via WebEx, Adobe, bilibili.com, etc.
? Undertake any other tasks or responsibilities in line with the scope and level of responsibility of the post, which might reasonably be required.

Person Specification – Essential requirements unless stated
Education / Qualifications:
? Relevant life science master’s degree essential, Ph.D desirable.
? Extensive experience using fluorescence optical microscopy, confocal microscopy, and Lightsheet microscopy for biological research. Experience in using relevant 3D imaging analysis software is required.
? Language skills: English (spoken and written).
? PC knowledge, both hardware & software.
? Ability to travel at short notice.

学历/资质：
      - 生命科学相关领域硕士及以上学位；博士学位优先。
      - 具有使用荧光光学显微镜、共聚焦显微镜和光片显微镜进行生物研究的丰富使用经验。具有使用相关三维成像分析软件的经验。
      - 语言能力：英语可作为工作语言。
      - 具备电脑相关软硬件使用技能。
      - 能够接受短期出差。

专业技能/能力：
      - 在显微镜行业有丰富的工作经验。
      - 自我激励，工作效率高。

【主要职责】
      - 为现有客户提供软件支持和应用专业知识。
      - 为中国客户提供售后安装、培训、调试和应用支持。
      - 通过提供高级培训和研讨会与现有客户建立更深联系。
      - 通过售前应用和销售支持和发展新业务。
      - 基于当地市场需求，为客户应用开发新的解决方案概念，并参与新功能的优先排序。
      - 推广和维护亚马逊网络服务（AWS）上的数据分析服务。
        - 与当前客户和潜在的新客户沟通，确定当前和未来的客户需求。保持良好的客户关系，定期联络。
        - 支持中国的市场活动，如展览、学术会议、研讨会、网络研讨会、微信推广和其他在线活动。
