职位描述/要求：
1. Sells chromatography consumable in south area.

2. Ability to be the consultant sales to let customer understand the technical solution for specific applications and could immunization the value of chromatography consumables.

3. Manage channel partner including dealer inventory, business performance, product training, key account review...etc.

4. Ability to drive market awareness in assigned sales territory

5. Develop reliable channel partner in weak areas to accelerate customer coverage

6. Coordinate local sales activities with marketing team.

7. High demonstrates customers service skills.

8. Build up close working relationships with internal applications, product specialist, marketing team and operation teams.

9. Bring back market information, competitor activities, customer feedback...etc.

10. Achieve sales revenue goals: analyses ongoing performance, identify gaps and propose initiatives to address if they appear

11. Bachelor’s degree or above in Chemistry, Pharma, Food or relevant field.

12. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.

13. Open minded, agile with change and practical.

14. Excellent office software skill , For example: Excel, Word so on.
