职位名称：物流专员实习生-上海市
职位描述/要求：Job Summary:
Executes transactions related to freight, warehouse customs clearance. He or she is responsible for the shipment of goods in a timely, cost effective, safe and compliant manner. Supervises performance and operations of service vender. Ensures compliance with internal procedures and applicable law

- Prepare and print the document for customs clearances
- Update and maintain the customer master information in SAP
- Communicate with HQ for Chemial's SDS and GHS label
- Ensure all related documents are filed properly; handle administration tasks as required

Requisitions：
- Good teamwork and leadership skills
- Good communication skills in written English
- Attention to details and quality control skills
- Must be customer oriented and focused
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Desktop programs (MS Office) and related IT software.   
- Working knowledge in SAP is a plus
