职位描述/要求：岗位职责：
1）根据客户需求，为电动汽车电池材料等相关领域设计新机器和定制机器。
2） 重新设计现有的分散、搅拌和混合机以及机架。
3） 研究、开发和设计工业加工机器的机械部件，例如混合、干燥、研磨、分散、加热/冷却机器。本产品为定制系列产品，适用于电动汽车电池材料等加工。
4） 机械零件的设计，如外壳、混合工具、驱动器、混合室和容器、管道。
5） 标准和定制化工业过程机械的项目规划，负责从构思到生产，包括所有机械的开发。
6） 监督装配、调试和维修。
7） 选择、监督和协调分包商。
8） 协助销售部门进行成本核算、报价、技术咨询等工作。
9） 研究竞争对手的产品和部件选择等。
10）准备完整的技术和生产文件、项目文件以及说明书。
11）主管安排的其他工作任务。

1) Design of new machines and customized machines as well as systems for EV battery materials industry based on customer request.
2) Re-design of existing dispersing, stirring, and mixing machines as well as of stands.
3) Research, development, and design of mechanical parts of industrial processing machines, for example mixing, drying, milling, dispersing, heating/cooling machines. These are produced in customized small series and applied in the field of EV battery materials.
4) Design of mechanical parts like enclosure, mixing tools, drive, mixing chambers and vessels, pipings.
5) Project planning for standard and customized industrial process machines with responsibility from idea to production, including development of all mechanicals.
6) Supervision on assembly, commissioning and servicing.
7) Selection, supervision and coordination with subcontractors.
8) Supporting sales department on costing, quotations, technical consultation etc.
9) Research on competitor products and components selection, etc.
10) Preparation of full technical and production documentations, project files, as well as instruction manuals.
11) Other duties assigned from superior.

任职要求：
1）机械或工程专业本科以上学历；
2）具有电动车电池材料研究背景优先
3）良好的英语听说读写能力；
4）优秀的人际交往能力和沟通能力；
5）领导能力和战略思维突出；
6）主动，自我激励，能在压力和多任务下工作。

1) Bachelor’s degree or above in mechanics or engineering;
2) Background in EV Battery Materials research preferred;
3) Good comment of English in both writing and speaking;
4) Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills;
5) Outstanding leadership and strategic thinking;
6) Initiative, self-driven and able to work under pressure and multi-tasks.
