.prm格式的仪器参数是这样的,用GSAS可以打开,但是比较习惯用topas,求助怎么对应这些参数

GSAS太老了,没用过。只用过GSAS-II,.instprm格式的TOF。
.prm格式的TOF是GSAS上的格式,你等会GSAS的人回你吧。
其实最好是找散裂中子源通用beamline的人拿到标样在这三个探测器上的原始data,自己就可以随便用什么软件calibrate。
