职位:Senior Sales Executive 高级销售工程师
工资：面议          工作经验：3-4年

主要职责  Key Functions
  Pursuingsales through tier 1 Distributor sales channel经销商管理并拓展其销售机会。
  Manage,motivate and support sales channel 管理、激励以及支持销售渠道。
  Whereappropriate provide and convey product and application based solutions inpursuit of specific opportunities directly with potential customers为经销商或直接客户提供产品和应用解决方案
  Mangeall communication and discussions within TO CRM 通过公司内部客户管理系统管理所有项目的沟通和讨
  Issueformal quotes from CRM/Sofon 在CRM/Sofon系统里进行正式报价。
Progressorders from receipt to successful completion at customers site 操作完整的订单流程
Conductproduct demonstrations 进行产品演示。
Suitablytrain Distributors and Agents 需要时对经销商和代理商进行培训。
Manageand prioritise time and actions in pursuit of sales target in budget 良好的时间管理和项目管理以达成销售指标。
Asthe senior sales person routinely feedback, discuss and shape the local salesstrategy and action with Director of Sales 定期向全球销售总监报告、讨论和制定本地销售战略。
Completestatutory company training and then proactively pursue on going personalknowledge and skill development 完成公司规定的培训并积极寻求个人知识和技能的发展。
Liaisonwith other departments;和其他部门(如市场部、研发部、生产部、服务部等)的合作。
