职位描述/要求：   
负责生物芯片（安捷伦芯片或昂飞芯片）的实验，数据分析与解读；

Responsible for the Biomicro Array (Agilent or Affymetrix) testing, data analysis.

负责本专业组室内质控和室间质评，确保各项记录和资料的完整保存；

Be responsible for the group interior quality control and external quality assessment, to ensure the related information and record keep completely.

对问询者提供试验选择、医学检验服务应用及实验数据解释的咨询服务；

To provide the consulting service of test selection, medical testing service application and lab data explanation.

负责本专业组的疑难技术问题的解决与答复，并就具体问题对其全体人员进行指导并讲解；

Be responsible for the group problem solving and reply, and explain and train the specific topic to the relevant personnel.

对本专业组报告结果进行审核确认，对异常结果进行处理，保证检验技术在检验医学角度的正确性和医疗角度的接受性；

To check and confirm the group report, handle the abnormal result, to ensure the correctness and acceptances from the medical testing perspective.

负责本专业组新项目的规划和筹建，并负责组织其作业指导书的编制、修订、实施；

Be responsible for the new project , create, revise and implement the work instruction.

负责拟定本专业组新建项目、技术改造项目设备的购置计划，以及在用仪器设备的管理和周检计划的组织落实；

Be responsible for the new project, technical transformation project equipment purchasing plan, and manage the in-use instrument and equipment, implement the weekly check plan.

服从上级的工作安排，积极配合业务、行政、人事、工程等部门，组织全组人员贯彻执行《质量手册》及有关规章制度和工作要求；

To follow up the arrangement of supervisor, cooperate the operation, administration, HR, facility department, implement the <Quality Manual> and the related regulations and requirement.

完成上级交给的其他临时任务。

Any other relevant tasks assigned by supervisor.
