Column dimensions, temperature, inlet and outlet pressure, and carrier gas type can be varied in the calculation of outlet flow rate, average linear velocity, and holdup time. Additionally, the calculator can be used to determine split ratios for a split/splitless inlet and vapor volume for a liquid sample vaporized in a heated gc inlet.
