“流动相准备阶段用到的...”可否改为“流动相制备中用到的...”？

后面部分我的理解是：如果规定的pH是一个具体的值，则可以上下浮动0.2个单位，如果规定的是一个范围，则只能调整到规定范围内，所以我翻译为：调整到规定值的±0.2 个单位或者规定范围内

流动相制备过程中用到的……

调整到规定值的±0.2 个单位或是规定范围内。
