恩,很有可能,改用HILIC柱,分离效果就好很多了。但是不清楚为什么氨基柱不保留。

是的,还可以用Cogent Diamond Hydride亲水柱试试,也是用来分离极性物质的。
海产品中的软骨藻酸Domoic acid LCMS检测。
