【摘要】 目的:建立布渣叶中山柰素的含量测定方法,为其制定质量标准提供依据。方法:采用高效
液相色谱法对布渣叶药材山柰素进行含量测定。色谱柱:Diamonsil(钻石)C18(250×4.6mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-0.4%磷酸溶液(52∶48);流速:1.0mL/min;柱温:30℃;检测波长:367nm。结果:山柰素进样量在0.01021ug~0.20420ug范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999)。平均加样回收率为99.13%,RSD为1.05%(n=6)。结论:所建立的方法简便、快捷,重现性好,可用于该药材的质量评价。 更多还原
