【摘要】 目的建立奥扎格雷钠葡萄糖注射液中5-羟甲基糠醛(5-HMF)含量的测定方法。方法采用反相高效液相色谱法DiamonsilC18柱,流动相为甲醇-pH7.0磷酸盐缓冲液(35:65),检测波长284nm。结果5-HMF的线性范围为0.01045～0.01315μg,相关系数r=0.9999,平均回收率为100.7%,RSD=0.4%。结论本测定方法简便、准确,为奥扎格雷钠葡萄糖注射液的质量评定提供了可靠的依据。 更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To develop a method for the determination 5-hydroxymethylfural(5-HMF) in ozagrel glucose injection by RP-HPLC.Methods The chromatographic condition Diamonsil C18 column and the mobile phase consisting of a methanol-pH 7.0 phosphate buffer(35:65).The detection wavelength was at 284nm.Results 5-HMF curve was linear over the range of 0.01045～0.01315μg with correlation coeff icient 0.9999.The average recovery was 100.7%.The method precision(RSD) was 0.4%.Conclusion The assay of 5-HMF is fo... 更多还原
