72.1 HPLC法测定槲皮素固体脂质纳米粒的含量

【摘要】 目的建立HPLC法测定槲皮素固体脂质纳米粒含量的方法。方法色谱柱:Diamonsil C18柱,流动相:甲醇-4.3%乙酸溶液(55∶45),流速:1.0mL.min-1,检测波长:254nm,进样量:20μL,柱温:30℃。结果槲皮素在20.0~200.0μg.mL-1范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为98.6%,RSD=1.18%,结论本方法快捷、简便、准确、专属性强,可用于槲皮素固体脂质纳米粒的质量控制。 更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish the determination method of quercetin solid lipid nanoparticles(QUE-SLNs).Methods HPLC column was Diamonsil C18.Mobile phase: methanol-4.3% acetic acid(55∶45),flow rate: 1.0mL·min-1,column temperature: 30℃,injection volume: 20μL,detection wavelength: 254nm.Results The linear range of quercetin was 20.0~200.0μg·mL-1.The average recovery was 98.6%,with RSD 1.18%.Conclusion This method is simple,accurate,and feasible.It can be used for quality control of QUE-SLNs. 更多还原

【摘要】 目的建立芍药苷的HPLC含量测定方法,完善丹芪养血颗粒的质量标准。方法色谱柱:Diamonsil C18柱;流动相:乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(15∶85);检测波长:230nm;流速:1mL.min-1。结果芍药苷在0.134~2.144μg范围内线性关系良好,平均加样回收率为98.3%,RSD为1.0%(n=6)。结论该法操作简便、重复性好,结果准确可靠,适用于丹芪养血颗粒的质量控制。 更多还原

72.3 HPLC法测定北合欢中槲皮素和山奈素的含量

【摘要】 目的建立HPLC法测定北合欢中槲皮素和山奈素的含量。方法采用Diamonsil C18色谱柱;甲醇-0.4%磷酸溶液(50∶50)为流动相;检测波长为360nm;柱温35℃。结果槲皮素在0.0088~0.5262μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9997;平均回收率(n=6)为98.8%,RSD=3.0%。山奈素在0.0242~1.4496μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9999;平均回收率(n=6)为100.5%,RSD=2.0%。结论本法简便,准确,重现性好,可作评价北合欢的质控方法。 更多还原

【摘要】 目的测定葎草的根、茎、叶、叶柄不同部位所含的木犀草素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷和大波斯菊苷的含量。方法采用HPLC法测定葎草中木犀草素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷和大波斯菊苷的含量,色谱柱为DikmaDiamonsil C18柱,以甲醇-0.2%磷酸溶液(45∶55)为流动相,流速为1.0mL.min-1,柱温为35℃,检测波长为350nm。结果木犀草素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷在0.05~0.40μg的范围内与峰面积积分值成良好的线性关系(r=0.9999);大波斯菊苷在0.072~0.36μg的范围内与峰面积积分值成良好的线性关系(r=0.9997)。根与叶中主要含有木犀草素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷和大波斯菊苷,且叶中的含量最高。茎与叶柄中含有较多的其他成分。结论该方法可用于葎草中木犀草素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷和大波斯菊苷的含量测定。葎草的叶与其他部位应分别药用。 更多还原

【摘要】 目的建立RP-HPLC法同时测定克泻敏颗粒中槲皮素和山柰素的含量。方法色谱柱为Diamonsil(钻石)C18柱,流动相为甲醇-0.4%磷酸溶液(52∶48),检测波长为367nm,流速为1.0mL.min-1,柱温为30℃。结果槲皮素和山柰素进样量分别在0.0105~0.21μg(r=0.9997)和0.0112~0.224μg(r=0.9996)范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率分别为98.02%和98.16%,RSD分别为0.69%和0.79%。结论该方法简便、准确、重复性好,可作为克泻敏颗粒的质量控制方法。 更多还原

72.10 二氢卟吩e6的制备及其性质的研究

【文 摘】本文论针对二氢卟吩e6的合成方法及分离纯化方法问题进行了进一步的研究,首先建立二氢卟吩e6的HPLC方法;并对得到的粗品进行分离纯化方法的摸索研究;同时研究了二氢卟吩e6及其复合物的光谱特性,并对荷瘤鼠进行了荧光诊断试验研究。结果如下: (1)以色谱柱PLATISIL ODS5μm250mm×4.6mm对二氢卟吩e6进行高效液相色谱法(HPLC)检测研究。
