【摘要】 目的以吴茱萸碱和吴茱萸次碱为对照品建立吴茱萸生物碱类的高效
液相色谱法(HPLC)指纹图谱,为鉴定吴茱萸药材提供依据。方法色谱柱:D iamonsil C18(250 mm×4.6 mm 5μm)。流动相:乙腈-水梯度洗脱,梯度0~5 m in水80%,5~25 m in水80%~35%,25~55 m in水3 5%~0,55~60 m in水0。检测波长225 nm,柱温25℃,进样量10μl。结果测定的20批吴茱萸样品有11个共有峰,共有峰相对保留时间的RSD为1.2%~2.5%,相对峰面积的RSD为2.3%~3.5%。结论该实验首次建立了中药吴茱萸中生物碱成分的HPLC指纹图谱,为不同产地和采收期的吴茱萸药材鉴别提供了科学依据。 更多还原
【Abstract】 Objective Evodiamine and Rutaecarpine were used as reference substances to establish an HPLC fingerprint of alkaloid in Fructus Evodiae for identifying and evaluating its quality.Methods The alkaloid was separated on a Diamosil C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm).The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile and distilled water with gradient elution.The flow rate was(1.0) ml/min.The wavelength of UV detection was 225 nm.The column temperature was 25℃ and 10 μl was injected.Results There were ... 更多还原
