职位描述/要求：This position offers the opportunity to lead one of the most exciting projects in Agilent China. The purpose of this role is to maximize Agilent''s WeChat presence and capability in China through the development and execution of a comprehensive, coordinated commercial strategy to ensure there is a strong loyalty preference to buy and consume Agilent instruments, consumables and services. This individual will have accountability to establish a strategic and executable framework whereas Agilent is viewed as a progressive WeChat leader in the markets we serve. Working with others (cross functional colleagues from China and ROW), the leader will have the accountability to establish a compelling WeChat vision, and executable program. This may include items such as specific messaging and marketing programs, WeChat development road maps, metrics of success, as well as managing the overall WeChat financial spend for China. While this individual will report to XXX; it is imperative that the individual is able to collaborate and build consensus across a wide spectrum of stakeholders to ensure success.

Specific responsibilities include:

•Establish a compelling companywide vision and opportunity set for Agilent''s WeChat use in China.


•Coordinate, implement (and measure) across instruments, consumables, services specific messaging, marketing programs to maximize Agilent''s WeChat exposure to the marketplace.


•Working with the China teams coupled with Digital and IT groups establish a framework and roadmap to develop Agilent''s presence across multiple vectors (ie, commercial messaging and content, commerce, support).


•Establish and track key WeChat metrics and programs to maximize financial and customer loyalty.


•Monitor and make periodic management report-outs and recommendations of WeChat''s general business trends as well as specific industry and competitor moves to ensure Agilent is not only competitive but is viewed as a progressive WeChat leader in our industry.

Develop an Integrated and Aligned China Wechat strategies and roadmap

Develop Plan of Wechat integration or linkage with other platform, such as Eloqua, key person to input field needs.

Next generation wechat platform buildup and contents optimization

Qualification
Demonstrated results in the oversight of a transformative digital (preferably WeChat) program in China

•Strong passion (and curiosity) to help customers maximize their success using WeChat


•Strong working understanding of WeChat (ie Content, commerce, customer use) as well as industry knowledge pertaining to Agilent products and services


•Proven track record in developing and deploying strategic business plans which result in improved business results


•Business expertise in marketing, operations or other relative roles which can influence customer buying preference


•Demonstrated ability to achieve results through partnership, collaboration and influence of others (Digital, Sales, Service)


•Track record of leading digital NPI projects


•Ability to evaluate new WeChat digital trends and opportunities (through Voice of Customer (VOC), digital trends) and translate into executable business plans


•Excellent verbal and written communication skills


Education. An advanced degree in the digital marketing, business, engineering or science with an MBA from a well-regarded institution would be ideal.


Experience: 5 years in digital marketing/sales in China
