职位描述/要求：JD:
•    Ensures timely service order closure in system in accordance with defined policy and standards.
•    Ensures audit compliance to Agilent policies / terms and conditions.
•    Manage trade order invoicing, issue VAT invoice to customer and follow up closely to the returned invoices.
•    Handle toll free call to support in customer first contact with Agilent, understand customer needs and take ownership for customer satisfaction.
•    Ensure data integrity
•    Ensures highest level of customer satisfaction (internal and external)
•    Participate in process improvement and simplification projects
Qualifications:
•    Major in International Trade, Finance or English is preferred.
•    Fluent spoken and written English (sometime Cantonese speaker)
•    Fast learner
•    Ability to work successfully in a team environment
•    Customer satisfaction oriented
•    Able to work under pressure
•    Able to resolve problem and deliver commitment
