职位名称：Application Engineer应用工程师（基因/测序）
职位描述/要求：Primary Function
Deliver technical expertise for solution implementation to customer based on Agilent Genomics products (such as NGS, aCGH, Bioanalyzer, Tapestation, Fragment Analyzer etc.) . Understands customer’s problems, recommends solutions to meet their needs, and ensures customer satisfaction. Integrate Agilent products and services (at the system/solutions level) into customer’s environment. Deliver customer training classes and consulting related to our application.

Discipline:
Assist the field organization to meet or exceed sales quota, through the provision of technical expertise. 
Work closely with sales to analyze customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions during pre and post-sale.
Support customers in evaluating the products to bring the evaluation to a successful conclusion;
Provide technical support to sales and customers by answering technical inquiries, running samples and providing on-site support.
Support marketing event by delivering presentation in related seminar, workshop and user meeting.
Act as the customer voice to influence future product design that meets the market’s needs. 
knowledgeable of competition and identify Agilent''s competitive advantage over competition.

Qualification：
Master’s degree or higher in molecular biology, genetics or other life science disciplines or equivalent.
3+ years’ relevant experience (NGS, aCGH, qPCR, clinical research/diagnostic etc. related experience is preferred) ，PhD can be relaxed of work experience.
Excellent presentation, communication and customer facing skills
Proficiency in both spoken and written English
Self-motivated and willing to learn new technology and skill
Willing to travel periodically
