石墨化碳的拉曼光谱是不是只在1580cm-1有一个峰?

而无定形碳只在1340cm-1有一个峰?

如果1340和1580处各有一个峰,是不是就代表所测碳材料部分石墨化?

看到一篇文章里面有这样一段描述,不是很明白

The Raman spectrum of the as-obtained
carbon microtubes is show in Figure 4, in which a broad peak
at 1334 cm-1 as well as a sharp absorption peak at 1600 cm-1
can be clearly seen. The peak at 1334 cm-1 is usually associated
with the vibrations of carbon atoms with dangling bonds for
the in-plane terminations of disordered graphite and is labeled
as the D-band, and the peak at 1600 cm-1 (G-band) (corresponding
to the E2g mode) is closely related to the vibration in
all sp2 bonded carbon atoms in a 2-dimensional hexagonal
lattice, such as in a graphene layer.26,27 The intensity ratio of
the D to G band (ID/IG) is calculated to be 0.64, further reflecting
the relative disorder and low graphitic crystallinity of the CMTs.

要分峰拟合,ID/IG是分峰拟合后两个峰的面积比,这个值越小,表示石墨化程度越高。
