职位描述/要求：职位目的：
?    为客户和代理商提供质谱产品技术支持服务。
Purpose of Job：
?    Provide mass spectrometry products service to customers and distributors.

工作职责：
?    为客户提供液相色谱-质谱系统安装，新生儿筛查试剂盒方法的建立并提供相应培训。
?    液质的日常故障排查，年度维护和维修等。
?    为客户和代理商提供技术帮助、咨询、数据分析；按照客户要求扩展质谱应用。
?    与销售和市场合作，提高产品市场份额。
Key Responsibilities:
?    Conduct on-site installation of LCMS system, newborn screening kit method setup on LCMS and related training for customers. 
?    Perform LCMS troubleshooting, PM and repair.
?    Provide technical assistance, consultation, data analysis to customers and distributors, expand mass spectrometry applications to customers as needed.
?    Work with sales and marketing teams to expand the product share rate.
