?Anticipate and analyze customer (current and future trends) needs, industry market segment trends                                     
分析市场及客户的现状、需求及发展趋势 
?Identifies and evaluates new or expanding potential sales opportunities to increase market penetration
发掘和评估新的或潜在的销售机会
?Assists with the planning of marketing and promotions both online and offline 
线上和线下的市场营销活动
?Understand standardization & methods, support local standard and method application development
熟悉标准与方法，支持国内应用开发
?Collaborates with internal and external partners and allies in the development and implementation of sales strategies, plans, and target. 
协同完成公司销售策略、计划和目标

EDUCATION – EXPERIENCE – QUALIFICATIONS
任职条件
?Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, marketing or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
化学化工、市场营销、仪器仪表等相关专业，本科及以上学历
?2 years' marketing experience in a similar position preferably in the analytical instrumentation industry.
2年以上分析仪器或相关行业市场工作经验
?Priority of standardization and Marcom experience, solid working knowledge of assigned market segment/industry.
具有良好的标准化和市场营销经验者优先, 并对市场细分/行业有深入的研究
?Must be able to read, speak, and write English. Prior experience with software
具有良好的英语听说读写能力，熟练掌握办公分析软件
?Demonstrated effective communication skills written oral and inter-personal skills.
良好的沟通能力：书面、口头和人际交往能力
?Able and willing to travel.
能够并愿意接受差旅
