职位描述/要求：RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Sales of Agilent instruments supplies and consumables like the core products of columns, sample
preparation and supplies products within assigned accounts.
? Provide pre-sales and application consultancy to customers. Interprets customer needs and works
to meet those needs; identifies potential business opportunities, referring more complex leads to
others to convert.
? Work with business operation Manager to implement sales plans in order to contribute to
business growth.
? Consistently meets/exceeds sales performance goals. Ability to accurately forecast business /
manages funnel effectively.
? Works on sales assignments with clearly defined objectives, techniques; Solves problems of
minimal scope and complexity.
QUALIFICATION
? Bachelor’s degree or above in Chemistry, Biochemistry or related discipline.
? At least 5 years field sales working experiences in laboratory/chemical products.
? Ability to effectively communicate on the phone, oral and written communications. Able to
formulate sales plans that are consistent with CSD products and strategy.
? A good knowledge of analytical instrument consumables, columns and instrument markets.
? Highly motivated creative and result oriented. Able to work with minimum supervision.
? Work as a team, wants the team to succeed and actively works to ensure that it happens.
