职位描述/要求：PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Location: Shanghai, China
Primary Function:
Designing, managing and executing both logistics strategic and tactical plans, developing and
implementing multi-business, multi-years China key Initiatives / programs, all to ensure delivery of
the right product to the right place at the right price
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
-Lead China Logistics Operations, ensuring best-in-class customer experience in delivery matched by
quality, cost and compliance
- Lead large multi-functional team managing trade compliance, trade order management, material
movements for factory operations and finished goods distribution network in/out China
-Partner manufacturing, sales operations and businesses in achieving short term and long term
financial and operational objectives
-Key leader in developing and executing Agilent China plans to support business growth

QUALIFICATION
-Bachelors or Master Degree or University Degree or equivalent plus typically 10~15 years of
relevant experience as a first level and second level manager.
-Demonstrated strong management and leadership skills in implementing program/organization
strategies.
-Solid Supply Chain / Logistics experience in operation management (warehouse, transportation,
Import/Export...), network optimization and distribution architecture. Familiar with regulatory,
trade compliance and China regulations towards E2E logistics management
-Global experience, M&A management will be an add
-Fluent English and Mandarin
