1. By using an anion exchange column, with 2.5 mLphthalic acid, adjusted with TRIS to pH=4.2, all of the organic sulphur forms were measured together as a first (pseudo) peak (Nieto and Franken Berger, 1985) at 2.0min,while the sulphate ion was retained on the column and its peak appeared with retention time at 4.2 min.

2. The sulphide and sulphite peaks were observed between the organic sulphur and sulphate peaks, but the developed method was not optimised for their separation.

1. 使用阴离子交换，2.5种 mLphthalic 酸，由于对 pH=4.2 的 TRIS 调整,所有的有机硫磺表格在 2.0分钟被一起测量如一个第一 (例子) 峰 (Nieto 和 Franken 冰山,1985),当 sulphate 离子在专栏上被保有而且它的峰顶在 4.2 分钟以保持时间出现的时候。

2. 硫化物和 sulphite 峰顶在有机的硫磺和 sulphate 峰顶之间被观察，但是被发展的方法为他们的分离不是 optimised 。
