Microwave-assisted extraction (MAE) was used to extract the organic acid from eucalytus. The technological condition was studied with orthogonal design. The extraction solvent, microwave power and irradiation time were investigated to try to find out the best extraction condition. Samples were analyzed with a capillary electrophoresis system to calculate the yield. When extracting with 200ml of anhydrous ether for 6 minutes,assisted by medium-power microwave,the extraction process is optimal and the average recovery is more than 90% with the RSD is not more than 1.24.Compared with other extraction methods e.g. reflux extraction and soaked by organic solvent, better extraction rate was observed for the microwave extraction. The proposed extraction method was applied to extract eucalytus from different places (Guangzhou, Guangxi, Zhaoqing, Yunnan). The results showed that organic acid contents in eucalytus from Zhaoqing were the highest among them.
采用微波辅助萃取技术来萃取桉叶中的有机酸。利用正交设计方法来研究萃取技术条件,以期找出最好的萃取溶剂、微波功率和微波照射时间。样品通过毛细管电泳法来分析以计算提取率。当采用200毫升无水乙醚,在中等微波功率下萃取6分钟,萃取效果最佳。此条件下平均回收率超过90%,RSD最大为2.24。与回流提取法和有机溶剂浸提法相比,微波辅助萃取有更高的萃取率。采用此方法提取了不同产地的桉叶(广州、广西、肇庆、云南)。结果显示,肇庆桉叶的有机酸含量是它们当中最高的。
