一楼的都是正面评价，而且有些意思都是重复的。、

主贴是正面评价，接下来的1楼是负面评价，这是没错的，我也认为好多意思是重复的，但作为一个严格的专业的性格测试数据库，这些貌似意思一样的单词在人事方面的领域应该是不同的，各有侧重的。

把截屏发上来看看

建议楼主先查字典。 因一字往往有多义, 从描述人的行为/性格的方向, 挑一个合适的。 这样做, 长远来说会有进步的。

例如:

最好用英英字典/工具书, 因为有译义, 解释这个字在英语世界的意思。 对一些没有确切对应中文的词, 用英文来理解英文效果更佳。

若查英中字典, 得:
直率的  (http://www.dreye.com.cn:8080/dict/dict_gb.jsp) , 这翻译并不全面

也有译为:
喜歡外出的  (http://cdict.net/?q=outgoing)  这与原意不合。

事实上, 不少网上英中字典都查不到贴切的翻译(很多译为外出、支出等)。  在这种情况下, 不如直接看英文解释来领会outgoing的含意。
