是这个意思,但2009年的12.67亿与2008年的13.57亿相比,下降1%,2008年的13.57亿与2007年比,增长4%,净增长百分比-17%就是(2009年的数据-2008年的数据)/(2008年的数据-2007的数据),可计算一下,不符合!

Happy 的分析有道理, net additions指手机销售量的净增才能说得通,如是销售额净增长,则与其它数据矛盾.

net additions：净增长
应该是年度之间增加差额的17%吧
