1。HPLC mobile phase A
Into a 2000 mL screw-capped bottle pour 1840 mL of water (HPLC Grade) and 160 mL of acetonitrile (HPLC Grade). Add 2mL of orthophosphoric acid (Analytical Grade). This solution is stable for 1 month when stored at room temperature.
2。HPLC mobile phase B
Into a 1000 mL screw-capped bottle pour 500 mL of water (HPLC Grade) and 500 mL of acetonitrile. Add 2 mL of orthophosphoric acid (Analytical Grade). This solution is stable for 1 month stored at room temperature.
3。HPLC conditions
Start-up the HPLC system with the following conditions:
Column: Spherisorb C18 ODS-1
Injection volume: 20 µl
Column temperature: ambient, No column thermostat is needed provided that the temperature does not fluctuate more than 5°C within the run of the analytical sequence.
Flow rate: 1 mL/min using the following gradient
Mobile phase: as stipulated under § 6.2 and § 6.3 applying the following gradient (Table 1)

Detection: 325 nm
