I don't often take exercise since I finished my school life and worked. The usual way I take exercise are riding a bike and climbing mountains. I almost ride a bike everyday except rainy days, but the distance between my house and office is too short so that I don't treat it as "exercise". Climbing mountains is a good way and sometimes I take some bottles of spring water from the Mount Yuelu by the way.
