Important notice about SUPOR incident /关于苏泊尔事件的重要通知
                Dear managers,
                  Maybe you have already known the news about some of SUPOR’s cookware having excessive manganese content which failed to meet domestic standard and can be pathogenic.And a statement released by SUPOR mentioned that their sample has passed the testing for manganese amount separated out with reference to Italian criteria in TÜV SÜD PSB Shanghai lab.  Actually our LSS lab received 2 stainless steel kettle samples from SUPOR and tested one according to Italian standards from Oct. 24thto  28th2011.But apparently our test result is not relevant to any Chinese standards. In order to avoid misunderstanding and show our standpoint properly when communication with external channels such as partners, medias and so forth, we have appointed 2 contact windows in CR to deal with the relevant matters as following:Mr. Richard Basswill handle all technical questions andMr. Charles Qiaowill handle all Media inquiries.No other personnel shall release non-official information to external channels. No application from individual for cookware testing shall be accepted by any labs. Please follow it strictly and let your colleagues know this.Thanks for your attention.

                  也许你们已经了解有关部分苏泊尔炊具锰含量超出国家标准可能致病的新闻。而苏泊尔对外公布的声明中提到，他们的样品通过了我司实验室根据意大利标准进行的有关锰析出量的测试。我们确实曾经根据苏泊尔公司的委托，在2011年10月24日至28日之间，对苏泊尔公司送测的2个不锈钢锅样品按照意大利内阁258号法令对其中一个样品开展了测试并出具测试结果。 但显然我们的测试结果与任何国内标准无关，为避免对外沟通中产生误解并统一公司立场，有关这一事件，中区现指定下述对外联系窗口：任何技术有关问题由Richard Bass先生代表答复；任何媒体有关问题由Charles Qiao先生代表答复。其他人员不得对外发布非官方消息，任何实验室不得接受个人名义提交的有关炊具的测试申请。切记严格遵守并相互转告！谢谢！
