先看英语期刊一般的要求：
(1) Please use Times or Times New Roman, 12-point font, doublespaced
throughout; this requirement holds for abstracts, body of the
text, references, footnotes, tables, and all captions.
(2) All tables and figures must be numbered consecutively, tables
with Roman numerals and figures with Arabic numerals. Tables and
figures may be integrated into the first draft of the text, which
simplifies the review process, but figures should also be uploaded as
individual files.
(3) References should be collected in a list at the end of the
document, following the conventions described later in these
instructions. References should never appear as footnotes and
footnotes should never appear in the reference list.

我简单总结：
1、字体用Times New Roman（Word里面自己找）， 12号，全文双倍行距；
2、图、表用数字编号，如Tab. 1，Tab. 2， Fig. 1等，表格可以放在正文的参考文献后面，但是图一定要单独放在一个文件里面，可以命名为Figures.doc，然后上传；
3、至于参考文献，不同期刊不尽相同，找篇需要投稿期刊最新录用论文模仿即可。
主要有：数字编号的，人名编号的两种。数字的相对简单，人名的需要仔细核对，麻烦一些。本人录用的那篇就是人名编号的。
需要注意的是欧美人士的姓名一定要搞清楚，不要随便写错，老外审稿很认真，如果遇到审稿人就是文献作者，那就悲剧了。
