【摘要】 目的:建立HPLC法测定荜茇中胡椒碱含量的方法。方法:采用Diamonsil C18色谱柱,以甲醇-水(77∶23)为流动相,流速1.0mL.min-1,检测波长343nm。结果:胡椒碱线性范围为0.04116~0.4116μg(r=1.0000),平均加样回收率为103.2%,RSD为1.3%。结论:本方法操作简便、快速、准确、灵敏度高,重复性好。 更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To establish HPLC method for determine of Piperine in Fructus piperis longi.Methods:Using ODS column,Methanol-Water(77∶23)as the mobile phase at flow rate of 1.0mL·min-1,wavelength of the detection was 343nm.Results:Liner range of Piperine was 0.04116μg～0.4116μg(r=1.0000);the recovery was 103.2%(RSD=1.3%).Conclusion:This method is simple,rapid,accurate,highly sensitive and well reproducible. 更多还原
