【摘要】 目的建立高效液相色谱-蒸发光散射检测(HPLC-ELSD)法测定补中益气丸(浓缩丸)的黄芪甲苷含量。方法色谱柱为Diamonsil(钻石)C18柱(200mm×4.6mm,5μm),柱温为30℃,流动相为乙腈-水(38:62),流速为0.8mL/min,ELSD条件为漂移管温度110℃,气体流速3.0L/min。结果黄芪甲苷进样量在2.494～39.904μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,r=0.9999,平均加样回收率为97.26%,RSD=1.94%(n=6)。结论所用方法简便快捷,测定结果可靠,可用于补中益气丸的质量控制。 更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish a HPLC-ELSD method to determination of astragaloside Ⅳ in Buzhongyiqi Wan.Methods Diamonsil-C18 column(200 mm× 4.6 mm,5 μ m) was employed,and its temperature was 30 ℃.Axetonitrile-water(38:62) was as the mobile phase at the flow rate of 0.8 mL/min.ELSD inlet heater was set at 110 ℃,and N2 flow rate of 3.0 L/min.Results The calibration curve of astragaloside Ⅳ was linear in the range of 2.494-39.904 μg(r=0.999 9).The average recovery was 97.26%,RSD=1.94%(n=6).Conclusion The... 更多还原
