144.2 RP-HPLC法测定党参内酯和党参炔苷的含量及相关性研究

【摘要】 目的:分析潞党参、素花党参、川党参中党参内酯和党参炔苷的含量,对实验结果进行比较,找出其相关性,以更好地控制党参的品质。方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法分析,色谱柱:DiamonsilC18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)。流动相为以乙腈∶水(70∶30),测定党参内酯的含量,检测波长为220nm;以乙腈∶0.1%HAC(26∶74)为流动相,测定党参炔苷的含量,检测波长为267.3nm。结果:党参内酯的线型范围为0.014～0.280μg(r=0.9997),平均回收率为100.4%,RSD为1.90%(n=6)党参炔苷的线型范围为0.065～1.040μg(r=0.9999);平均回收率为100.8%,RSD为1.60%(n=6)。在选定的色谱条件下,这两种活性成分的分离度良好。结论:党参内酯和党参炔苷含量之间有一定的相关性。 更多还原

144.3 HPLC法测定大鼠血浆和唾液中盐酸川芎嗪的浓度

【摘要】 目的:建立测定大鼠体内血浆和唾液中盐酸川芎嗪含量的HPLC分析方法。方法:采用色谱柱:Diamonsil（R）C18柱（250mm×4.6mm,5μm）;流动相:甲醇:水（70:30,v:v）;柱温:30℃;流速:0.8mL·min-1;检测波长:295nm。结果:血浆和唾液中盐酸川芎嗪浓度在0.5～50μg·mL-1和0.3～30μg·mL-1范围内相关系数分别为0.9992和0.9999,线性关系良好;盐酸川芎嗪血浆和唾液的相对回收率分别为97.03%～101.19%和99.55%～99.88%;日内、日间精密度的RSD<10%。结论:建立了盐酸川芎嗪唾液样品检测方法以及用HPLC法同时测定大鼠体内血浆和唾液中的含量方法,该方法简便、快速、准确,为盐酸川芎嗪的临床药动学研究提供了新的方法学基础。 更多还原



【Abstract】 This study aimed to establish HPLC determination for TMPH concentration in plasma and saliva of rats. The HPLC was performed on a Diamonsil（R） C18 column（250mm×4.6mm,5μm） using a mobile phase consisting of methanol-water（70:30,v:v） at 30℃with the flow rate of 0.8mL·min-1.And the detection wavelength is at 295nm. 【摘要】 建立一种高效液相色谱法测定野蔷薇中VC含量的新方法。采用Diamonsil5μ C18反相柱(200mm×4.6mm×5μm)分离;流动相为甲醇-0.01%磷酸水溶液(3:7,体积分数);柱温25℃;流速1.0mL/min;二级管陈列检测器,检测波长254nm。VC在浓度为20mg/L-1500mg/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,线性回归方程为y=17.136x+120.8,相关系数为0.9992,方法回收率为97%-101%相对标准偏差小于3%。该方法简便、快速、准确、适合于测定其它水果和蔬菜中VC的含量。 更多还原

摘要： 目的:建立茶多酚中表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯(EGCG)和表儿茶素没食子酸酯(ECG)的高效液相色谱含量测定方法.方法:以Diamonsil C18(4.6mm ×200mm,5μm)为色谱柱,流动相为甲醇-0.1%磷酸水溶液(68:32),流速为1.0mL·min-1,检测波长为279nm,柱温25℃,进样量为20μL.结果:EGCG的进样量在0.1～6μg范围内,ECG的进样量在0.05～1.2μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系.平均加样回收率分别为EGCG:97.57%、ECG:96.60%,RSD分别为EGCG:1.93%、ECG:1.53%.结论:本方法简便,准确,重复性好,可作为荼多酚中EGCG和ECG的含量测定方法.

【摘要】 目的:建立女贞子乙酸乙酯有效部位群的指纹图谱,并评价不同产地女贞子质量的HPLC法。方法:色谱柱为Platisil(铂金)C18ODS色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相为A:蒸馏水,B:乙腈;梯度洗脱:0→25→35→40→60min,B相:20%→30%→60%→90%→100%;检测波长为220nm,流速均为1.0ml/min。结果:确定了女贞子乙酸乙酯有效部位群的10个共有指纹峰。结论:该方法简单、准确,重复性好,为女贞子的质量控制提供了指纹图谱依据。 更多还原
