摘 要:目的:建立白花丹参药材的HPLC指纹图谱。方法:采用高效
液相色谱法,色谱柱:Diamonsil C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),流动相:甲醇-0.1%三氟乙酸水溶液进行梯度洗脱,检测波长270nm,流速1.0mL/min。结果:在选定的色谱条件下,通过中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统(2004A)确定14个色谱峰构成白花丹参药材指纹图谱的特征峰。结论:该分析方法的稳定性、精密度、重现性较好。
】 AIM: To develop an HPLC fingerprint method for the quality control of Salvia Miltiorrhiza f. Alba. METHODS: An HPLC analysis was carried out on a Diamonsil C18 column(4. 6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm) with themobile phase consisting Methanol-0. 1% trifluoroacetic acid water in gradient mode. The detection wavelength was set at 270 nm. The flow rate was 1. 0 mL·min-1 and the analytic time was 80 min. The ten batches of samples were determined,for establishing the standard HPLC fingerprint of Salvia miltiorrhiza f. Alba. RESULTS: Under the above chromatographic conditions the characteristic peak of fingerprint of Salvia miltiorrhiza f. Alba was composed of 14 chromatographic peaks through similarity analysis. CONCLUSION: The method has good reproduc-ibility,precision and stability.
