职位描述/要求:职责描述:
You will be expected to:
Schedule call activity.
Follow-up Grievances from the reception until resolution
Review and Issue Grievance reports to customer
Supervise hotline level of services (Time & Quality)
Coach hotline team members to provide top-notch support to workers and clients
Ensure relevant database are accurate and well maintained
Support daily inquiry received from external communications
Other tasks arranged by the management team
任职要求:
- A college degree
-Good knowledge of MS Office Suite.
- Strong command of English
- Excellent communication skills
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in a relevant field
