参加了，但怎么没有积分相送啊？

(小弟可勉强看懂简体汉字，但用键盘输入汉字则很因难。以下用英文或中英混合表述，请谅。)


I 认真填写 and submit.

My department暂时还未配备这种仪器.  Therefore I faithfully filled in items 1, 2, 7, & 16 only and left blank for other items.

But the design of this online questionnaire was so poor that I was not allowed to tell the truth (i.e. to leave blank), so I arbitrarily filled in something in order to fulfill the requirement of “cannot be blank”.

I consider that reliable information is hardly collected by such poor design of questionnaire.  (for example, if I really want the 50 points but do no declare that only the responses for items 1, 2, 7 & 16 are true)

As I have already 认真填写 (at least I wrote this comment) and have submitted the true information as required in item 1, 2, 7 & 16; therefore, I am entitled to get the 50 points. 

On the other hand, I arbitrarily filled in something in some items, I may be considered not 认真填写, so I am not entitled to get the 50 points.

Anyway, I suggest that the points system should be reviewed for this kind of survey.
