Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Business, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the laboratory instruments or scientific equipment industry. - Proven track record in B2B sales with a focus on developing and executing successful business strategies. - Strong understanding of laboratory instruments and their applications, particularly in water analysis and color measurement. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues in both English and Chinese. - Ability to work independently and as part of a global team. - Willingness to travel frequently within China and occasionally abroad.
