我试着翻译一下,不一定准确,就当是起一个抛砖引玉的作用吧(欢迎大家多多拍砖）

Method: Comparison method

Principle: For the same series, the same quantity of viscosity and torque could be measured with the same temprature and spindle. By comparing with the value of RVMASTER measured, the instrument which is under calibration could be judged whether it is accurate or not.

Specification: The difference should be not more than 1.0 of the measured value of RVMASTER and of the instrument being calibrated.

不好意思,又漏了说明
是黏度计的,RVMASTER就是一个供应商自己先前已校好的设备,用这台RVMASTER所显示的值作为目标值以校正其他的黏度计

right.所谓相差，即容许相差

Principle: For the same series , the same viscosity value and torque could be measured under the same test temperature, the same spindle, and the same speed. By comparing with the value of RVMASTER displayed, the accuracy of the instrument which is under calibration could be judged.
Specification: The Tolerance between RVMASTER and calibrating instrument is no more than 1.0
