压汞仪的测试主要针对大孔,也就是比表面吸附仪没法测的大孔,仪器的压力越大,所测试的孔的下限越小,但也不是无限小,到3nm时已达到4000公斤的压力了.具我所知现在压汞仪的检测下限好象最低也就是3nm.

压汞仪最基本的原理就是washburn方程,根据不同压力下汞所能压入的不同孔径来算

压汞仪也是一款测量样品孔体积和孔隙度的仪器,可以和物理吸附仪形成互补关系。物理吸附法可测定孔径范围是0.35nm-300nm,压汞法可测的孔径范围是3nm-1000um,两种分析方法的理论基础不同,压汞法主要是依据Washburn方程。

压汞法的原理是washburn方程:Pr=0.736,也就是压力越高测试的孔的体积越小。现在市面上卖该类仪器的厂商不多,而且大同小异。相信麦克的和康塔的楼主都了解过了吧,我只讲讲我的心得。按照压力来分:压汞仪大体分成两大款,一款是30000psi的,检测极限是6.4nm,另一款是60000psi的,检测极限是3.6nm。从某中情况上来讲它和气体吸附是可以取长补短,但是压汞仪除了能够检测大孔的优点外还有就是速度比较快,但是最大的缺点是所用到的汞是剧毒的,而且仪器要靠机械传动达到比较高的压力,所以仪器故障率较高。
