职位描述/要求:工作职责
1) Contribute to the business by leading the team provide high quality service effectively;
2) Define, implement, optimize service strategy and policies, dealer policies;
3) Build and enhance capability and image of the dept. and personnel, provide expert advice and coaching employees appropriately;
4) Conduct the knowledge management in the dept. by different means and methods;
5) Assign daily work within the team effectively, including but not limited to: in-house service, on-site service, training, technical queries, etc.
6) Keep smoothly relationship with dealers/key customers, diplomatically cooperation with internal relationship and external relationship to satisfy customers;
7) Collect and analyze service information and date for management decision;
8) Cooperate with other depts. to solve the quality problems;
9) Other tasks assigned by superior or Management.
1) 领导售后服务团队提供高效的售后服务;
2) 制定、执行、优化公司售后服务政策及代理商售后服务合作政策;
3) 提高团队的服务水平, 培养下属工作能力;
4) 通过多种方式和手段进行部门的知识管理;
5) 有效组织部门内部工作分配, 包括但不限于:产品维修、客户拜访、代理商培训、客户技术咨询等;
6) 维护和经销商/代理商/重点客户关系及内部客户关系,达成内外部客户的满意度;
7) 及时统计并报告售后服务相关的数据供管理层决策;
8) 和其他部门合作解决产品质量问题;
9) 上级安排的其他临时性工作。
任职要求
1) University graduate or above, major in mech./elec. engineering or related field preferred;
2) At least 6 years working experience in after-sales service related function, with 2 years in Manager role in foreign companies;
3) Be the technical expert in service function;
4) Good internal and external customer-focus mind-set;
5) Demonstrated experiences in coordinating, planning and developing service policies and dealer policies;
6) Practical experiences in knowledge management;
7) Willing to take on what needs to be done, innovative problem solver;
8) Strong sense of responsibilities;
9) Willing to take multi tasks and work under pressure;
10) Practical experiences in common computer software, such as Words, Excel, PPT;
11) Good commend of Oral and written English.
1) 本科以上学历,机械或电子类相关专业;
2) 6年以上售后技术支持岗位工作经验,至少2年以上管理经验;
3) 良好的售后维修技术;
4) 内部及外部客户导向;
5) 在协调、规划、制定服务及销售政策方面有丰富经验者优先考虑;
6) 在知识管理方面具有经验者优先考虑;
7) 工作积极、主动、善于解决问题;
8) 高度责任心;
9) 多任务处理能力强,能够在压力下工作;
10) 熟练使用常用办公软件, 如Words, Excel, PPT;
11) 良好的英文沟通能力。
