activity permission certificate 为何加个activity？？这里是何意？

agricultural combat drugs这个用法我也是第一次见。一般都用pesticide , plant protection product, or agrochemicals.，也就是农用化学品，或者农药。根据经验我把它翻译成农药。
activity permission certificate相当于我们的registration certificate，意思是说同意你在这个国家生产，销售这个产品，也就是”激活“你这个产品

koruma是土耳其语，英文意思是conservation，但是在这里不通顺。
不过楼主可以先把这些资料提供客户，看他接受不，或者列个清单，你所能理解的英文给他，看是否理解正确。

个人认为“combat”在次数应做形容词用。即“效力高的”意思。
