是关于生产多晶硅涉及的设备的技术么？
目前多晶硅很热，很多企业如上市企业在进行多晶硅的生产。作为光伏产业的基础材料，目前比较缺，但关于能耗、环保等问题还有不少争议。

Research on material generally covers the theory, application and/or production.  Since the Chinese name involves the term 装备, I therefore suggest the following translation:

National Engineering Laboratory for Production of Polycrystalline Silicon
or
National Engineering Laboratory for Production Technology of Polycrystalline Silicon

production technology 偏重于生产工艺,装备技术更多是指equipment or apparatus.
