对分析仪的排气部件加压会导致quartz cell(石英池?石英检测器?)出现裂纹,并损害flow module(流体模块?流体组件?根据网上查的资料,应该是包括让载气通过的传输管线和流量控制阀等部件.)
楼主翻译时应该仔细想想,第一句说的是必须一直处于大气压下,那加压怎么会避免部件的损伤呢?肯定是翻译错了啊.
