gc, Varian model 3300 quipped with an injector for packed column
配备填充柱进样系统的Varian 3300气相色谱仪

Stainless steel column, 1.8m.1/8”，Chromosorb 102 80/100 mesh (eg. Interchim ref. 309911)
不锈钢填充柱，长度1.8米，内径1/8”。填充柱的固定相是Chromosorb 102 （苯乙烯、二乙烯基苯共聚物），粒度80/100 目。举例：Interchim公司编号为309911的产品。(这一部分不用翻译的那么详细。直接写不锈钢柱子 1.8m，× 1/8”，Chromosorb 102  80/100 目 Interchim ref. 309911，做色谱分析的就知道从哪里买或自己填装了。)

AIR 80/20 (氮气/空气=80/20)是辅助气体，通常由空气压缩机产生。如果不是用压缩空气，需要调到这样的比例

Sample loop temperature: 130℃ 定量管温度
Transfer line temperature: 130℃ 传输线温度
(This temperature must never be lower than that of the sample loop)
传输线温度不得低于定量管温度
Injections per vial (INJ/VIAL): 1
每个顶空瓶进样一次

Complete test time (gc cycle time): 18min
可以这样理解：这一针与下一针分析的间隔时间，有时候平衡时间大于分析时间，有时候分析时间大于平衡时间

Column temperature: initial temp. 150℃, final temp. 240℃
(Programme the temperature sequence as follows: 8 minutes at 150℃, then increase by 30℃ per minute up to 240℃, maintain this temperature for 3 minutes, then return to initial conditions).
柱温：初温150℃，终温240℃
从150℃保持8分钟后，以30℃/分钟升到240℃，保持3分钟，然后回到150℃。（柱子要不断地重复循环，这是程序升温分析的特点。只要还要分析这种物质，就一直是这样循环。）

Injector temperature: 170℃ 进样口温度
Detector temperature: 250℃ 检测器温度

Starting-up of the Genesis automatic injector

1. This apparatus is always switched on.

2. Check the parameters (cf below: parameters of the method)

3. Turn on the nitrogen, synthetic air and hydrogen manometers. Check the manometer 1 (Transfer line back pressure) is at 160 KPa and that manometer 2 （Vial pressurization setting) is at 60 KPa; 2 must be less than 1.
开启氮气、合成气体和氢气压力计。检查压力计1（传输管线压力）是否为160Kpa，压力计2（样品瓶加压设置）是否为60KPa。压力计2的读数必须小于1的读数。
