广东省深圳市宝安区石坡矿区环境影响评价
摘要:为合理保护、适度开发、有效利用矿产资源,将矿产资源的开发利用方式从粗放型向集约型转变,同时改进矿产资源的开发技术,实现矿产资源的开发利用与环境保护良性循环。依据《深圳市矿产资源总体规划(2002~2010)》和环保法律法规、标准,对原广东省深圳市宝安区石坡矿区进行工程及污染分析、确定主要污染源及污染物排放情况;开展评价区域自然环境、社会环境和环境质量现状调查和确定工程实施影响的要素和主要环境保护目标;对项目实施可能造成的环境影响进行预测和评价,确定了影响范围和程度和可能存在的环境污染问题,提出合理可行的控制污染和保护环境的措施与对策;预测了区域环境的承载能力及区域开发建设对环境的影响,提出削减各种不利影响的措施和控制对策。通过对规化方案的优化分析,提出有利于区域社会、经济与环境协调发展的战略对策及规划总体方案,并从环境保护的角度论证项目建设的可行性,为工程建设和环境管理提供科学依据。
