歐盟EuP指令管制產品更新
歐盟執委會能源運輸總署(Commission Directorate General for Transport and Energy,DG Tren)分別於2005年及2007年公佈EuP指令第1階段14類管制產品及第2階段5類管制產品並發包研究單位進行產品先期研究，除此之外亦額外針對簡單數位機上盒(simple set-top boxes)進行先期研究，納入為EuP管制範圍，相關產品如下所列。而這些產品先期研究之結果，後續將成為歐盟制定該產品實施方法之依據。

Lot1：鍋爐及混體鍋爐(氣體/油/電)(Boilers and combi-boilers(gas/oil/electric))
Lot2：熱水器(氣體/油/電)(Water heaters (gas/oil/electric))
Lot3：個人電腦(桌上型及攜帶型)及電腦螢幕(Personal Computers (desktops and laptops) and computer monitors)
Lot4：影像設備(影印機、傳真機、印表機、掃瞄器、多功能事務機)(Imaging equipment(copiers, faxes, printers, scanners, multifunctional devices))
Lot5：消費性電子產品：電視(Consumer electronics: televisions)
Lot6：所有在待機及關機模式下會有能源耗損的產品(Standby and off-mode losses of EuPs)
Lot7：電池充電器及外部電源供應器(Battery chargers and external power supplies)
Lot8：辦公室照明裝置(Office lighting)
Lot9：街道照明裝置((Public)Street lighting)
Lot10：室內環境調節裝置(Residential room conditioning appliances(airco and ventilation))
Lot11：1-150kW的電動馬達、抽水馬達、建築物循環系統及通風系統之風扇(Electric motors 1-150 kW, water pumps(commercial buildings, drinking water, food, agriculture), circulators in buildings, ventilation fans(non-residential))
Lot12：商用電冰箱及冷凍櫃(Commercial refrigerators and freezers, including chillers, display cabinets and vending machines)
Lot13：家用電冰箱及冷凍櫃(Domestic refrigerators and freezers)
Lot14：家用洗碗機及洗衣機(Domestic dishwashers and washing machines)
Lot15：固體燃料鍋爐(Solid fuel small combustion installations(in particular for heating))
Lot16：乾衣機(Laundry dryers)
Lot17：真空吸塵器(Vacuum cleaners))
Lot18：數位機上盒/視訊解碼器(Complex set top boxes(with conditional access and/or functions that are always on))
Lot19：家用照明(Domestic lighting)
簡單數位機上盒(Simple converter boxes for digital television (Simple STBs))
除上述20類管制產品外，執委會目前正打算針對工作計畫(working plan)中其他產品類別進行研究。2008年8月25日，執委會能源運輸總署即針對其中8類產品之先期研究進行公開招標，為EuP指令第三階段管制產品。此8類產品為：

Lot20：室內加熱產品(Local room heating products)
Lot21：使用熱氣發散之中央供熱產品(熱電聯產系統除外)(Central heating products using hot air to distribute heat (other than CHP))
註：熱電聯產系統(CHP)是指在單一過程中同時產出熱能與電力的系統。

Lot22：家用和商用烤爐(電、氣體、微波)(Domestic and commercial ovens (electric, gas, microwave), including when incorporated into cookers)
Lot23：家用和商用壁爐擱架及燒烤架(Domestic and commercial hobs and grills including when incorporated into cookers)
Lot24：專業洗衣機、乾洗機和洗碗機(Professional washing machines, dryers and dishwashers)
Lot25：非服務業使用之咖啡機(Non-tertiary coffee machines)
Lot26：待機下有能源損耗之網通設備(Networked standby losses of EuPs)
Lot27：家用不斷電系統(Domestic uninterruptable power supplies(UPS))
此外，執委會企業總署(DG-Enterprise)亦於2008年7月12日，針對工作計畫中另外3類產品進行先期研究之招標，此3類產品為：

冷藏和冷凍設備(Refrigerated and freezing equipment)：冷凍櫃(service cabinets)、大型冷凍庫(walk-in cold rooms)、冰水機組(chillers)、製冰機(ice makers)、冰淇淋和奶昔製造機(ice cream and milk-shake machines)、小冰箱(minibars)。
變壓器(Transformers)：配電變壓器(distribution transformers)、電源變壓器(power transformers)。
影音設備(Sound and imaging equipment)： DVD錄放影機(DVD/video players and recorders)、單槍投影機(video projectors)、影像遊樂器(video game consoles)。
