天，原来流动相走空了还有这么多麻烦！
我们也经常没注意就让流动相走没有，如果单用一种流动相还好，泵会自动停下来；若果是混合流动相，而其中一种用完了，泵不会停，直接带着气泡走下去。等我们发现时，一般处理是：先关泵，再用注射器把管路中的气泡抽出来，在开泵，用流动相猛冲，直至把柱子里、检测器里的气泡冲出来为止（根据基线的状态来判断）。
这样做一般也没出过什么问题，仪器等平衡好还是很好用的。至于单向阀，从来没想到那头上~~~
不知这样对仪器有什么损害没有啊？版主可否指点一下？谢了啊~~~

今天开仪器，2695打开以后进入自检，突然听到报警声，过去一看，出现了一个报错提示，“plunger homing over press”。按确认后又继续自检，然后还是出现一样的报错。只好去查看仪器报错的说明了。说明是这样写的：Plunger homing over pressure
AlarmHomingRestriction：
The solvent delivery system detected excessive pressure while moving the plunger forward to its home registration position. This condition may be caused by:
@Failure to remove the pin plug restrictor;
@Clogged in-line filter at the solvent delivery system;
@Blockage in the waste line;
@Excessive restriction between the solvent delivery system and the sample loop;
@Failure of the sample loop to vent the solvent delivery system to atmosphere by opening valves V1, V2 and V3.

我看了信息之后，回头想了想，也许是最近样品量大，仪器脏了。既然是over press,肯定是哪里超过了自检压力，应该是@Excessive restriction between the solvent delivery system and the sample loop;可能性最大。既然是超过了自检压力，泄压应该可以自检通过吧。我根据流路，看到泵后的第一个保护柱。如下图照片红色标记：



于是我拿扳手拧开了左边进口泄压，再重新自检，自检通过。原来就是这个保护柱脏了，拆下来洗吧。拆了后打开保护柱，构造如图：



把中间的柱芯用甲醇超声清洗干净，再安装上去就可以了（安装有方向）。

写的还行，不过有个错误，那个不是保护柱，是在线过滤器，inline filter。
