由于样品量造成的成本限制,我部门决定采用压片法绘制标准曲线,标样都是分类后(一个矿山的矿石)由熔片法分析后定标(熔片分析标准曲线线性不错)再做了各道的校准后开始加标样和基体校正系数(算法是经验系数法)但是线性一直不好且偏差较大  请问是不是基体元素选择不正确求指教!谢谢
注:样品为铁精粉(原料都是同一个坐矿山)共生元素主要为 SI 4-6%  MN0.1-0.3% MG6-9% S 0.0X-2% AL0.6-1.2%其他元素含量都小于0.1
仪器为帕纳科AIXOS PW2400

铁精矿粉 is not easy to do with 压片法; because Fe has different forms Fe3O4, Fe2O3, Fe(OH)3, Fe etc. if the proportion between those forms are not firmed stable, the background will be too much different. So 压片法 is not linear perfectly.
For example , 40% Fe3O4 and 80% Fe3O4 , for sure the impurity has big difference.

那这种样品是否就只能用溶片法做,溶片法结果虽然比较好 ,但是时间和成本是远高于压片法的.

首先谢谢各位的帮助
我已经确定了,该铁精粉的来源统一,也就是说该铁精粉的基体组成是相对稳定的,不知道这样把具有基本相同的基体组成的样品归类再通过基体系数的修正有办法做个压片法的检量线不?
